We will be pleased to take your order by telephone, email or through this website and the following is to explain our terms and conditions for such transactions. We will treat each order from you for goods or services as an offer by you to purchase the goods or services subject to these terms and conditions.
 
Delivery to mainland Great Britain addresses is free for new sewing machines, new overlockers, software and spares and accessories for those items bought at the time or separately. You will be notified before purchase if any delivery charges are to apply to the particular item(s) you are considering. Horn cabinets and parts are supplied directly to you from Horn Furniture (UK) Ltd and charges for delivery will vary throughout the UK. If delivery charges are applicable to your area please telephone for options.

You are most welcome to visit the seller's premises at any time during normal shop hours.
 
New goods offered on this site carry the manufacturers' parts and labour warranties which will vary according to the product. Most other items carry the seller's own warranties. For both new and other goods the warranty for that product will be explained at the time of your purchase.
 
By placing an order you authorise the seller to process a credit card, debit card or charge card payment for the total sale amount. Payments made through this website will be processed by PayPal. You do NOT have to sign up for a PayPal account to use your payment card.
 
Unless you are notified in advance to the contrary delivery of goods will be within fourteen working days after you have placed your order. A working day is deemed not to include a Sunday or UK public holiday.
 
Where a workshop or tuition booking has been made by payment of a deposit the balance of the booking fee must be paid in full to the seller not less than 14 working days before the workshop or tuition is due to start.
 
You may cancel your order in writing (by letter, fax or email) to us at any time before delivery or within seven working days of the day after you receive your goods. If you wish to cancel a workshop or tuition booking you may cancel the in writing (by letter, fax or email) at any time within seven working days from the day after payment of your deposit or payment in full whichever is earlier. Any goods delivered to you are to be returned to us at your own expense in the manufacturer's or our original packaging by a carrier we will specify. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price (including any charge made for delivery to you). Refunds will be made within thirty days of our receiving your written notice of cancellation.
Under no circumstances will any refund be allowed where the seals, shrink wrapping or other packaging of software, computers, compact disks, diskettes, memory cards or devices or other media, cd players or other computer equipment has been, or appears to have been, opened or interfered with unless that product is found to be faulty.
 
Illustrations are not to scale and some minor variations in appearance may occur. We have no control over the way colours are displayed on your monitor. Specifications are subject to change without notice but you will be advised of any differences at the time of order and have the opportunity to reconsider.
 
Any sales made to you by the seller and any other correspondence will be conducted and concluded in the English language.
In any case of dispute the Courts of England shall have jurisdiction and all matters shall be settled in accordance with English law.
